We love it here so much. We have had calamari, minestrone soup and pizza. All of them are delicious to us. We have never had minestrone soup before so we cannot compare it to others. However, I love eggplant so it was really delicious. The staff is friendly. The only thing that really surprised me was that the margarita pizza did not contain basil. Thank you very much.
The picture doesn't do this justice. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was great and the staff were really nice even though we had booked blue line taxis for 18:45pm and the never turned up. We rang Davanti to explain the situation and they were really understanding Davanti 5* Blue Line nil. We will definitely be back
Brilliant night out! We brought our visitors to Davantis, good choice as it turned out to be the perfect end to their trip 'up north' thanks to Grace who took orders and served the food. How she kept track of everything is beyond me. There was such a good menu we kept changing options. Grace was amazing, nothing was too much bother and the banter was so funny. The food was excellent to. When 'picky' southerners say its the best Italian they've had it speaks volumes. Fab atmosphere, couldn't fault a thing. Will definitely be back. Thanks again to all the staff for giving us a really brilliant night out.
Never expected a Restaurant next to Tynemouth Rail Station will be serving delicious Pizzas which tastes better than we'll known Italian Restaurants. Ordered Pizza Al Polo that was prepared in the oven right in front of the seating areas - it exceeded our expectations on Taste & Quality. Service Staff were Friendly, Ambience was Rustics and Appealing. There's nothing that one will not like being here. Great place to Dine with Friends & Family. Super Thumbs Up to this Restaurant.
